How To Hard Reset Itel: A48 Top

A hard reset will erase everything. This includes your contacts, photos, videos, music, apps, and saved passwords. Before proceeding, if your phone is still accessible, back up your data to Google Drive or an external SD card.

Finally, tap Erase Everything or Confirm .

You will see a warning listing all the data that will be removed (your Google account, system settings, apps, music, photos, etc.).

Look for Reset options . Tap on it.

Open the Settings app on your Itel A48 TOP. The icon looks like a gear.

The phone will now restart and begin the reset process. After a few minutes, the Itel A48 TOP will boot to the initial setup screen (language selection). Congratulations, your phone is now like new. If you have forgotten your password, pattern, or the phone is frozen on a logo screen, you cannot use the Settings menu. Instead, you must use the Android Recovery Mode .
